Return/Exchange Policy's & Procedures

Our Happiness Guarantee: If you have purchased handcrafted products from Taspen's Organics that you do not absolutely love, we have several options for you to exchange or return the product. 

If You Ordered Online:

To start a return or exchange, please use the correct online return form (within 90 days of purchase):

Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

If You Purchased In-Store or at an Event (Farmers Market, Festival, Tradeshow, Convention, etc.)
You have two options:

  1. Return or exchange in-store: Bring the item to any of our locations in Boulder, Golden, or Conifer, and our team will assist you. For details of our locations: https://dragonflyhempcbd.com/pages/store-locator 

  2. Mail your return or exchange: Please email us at info@taspens.com with any details you have about your purchase.

If returning by mail:

  • Fill out and include this form: Retail Store or In-Person Event Return/Exchange Form.

  • If you received a free item as part of a promotion, you must return it with the purchased product for a full refund. If you choose to keep the free item, your refund will be prorated to reflect the value of the free product.

  • Send the product and form to:

  • Once received, we will process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Free Products & Gift Items:

  • If you received a free item on one or more items due to a promotion then the total percentage discount will be applied to each individual item to determine the refund value for each item.

  • If you choose to keep the free item, your refund for the returned item will be adjusted based on the total discount applied to your purchase.

Additional Information:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please email a photo of the item and the sticker on the bottom to info@taspens.com or text it to 303-816-0429 (include your name).

  • Refunds: If an exchange isn’t the right fit, refunds are available within 90 days of purchase.

  • Non-Taspen’s/Dragonfly Products: Items not crafted by Taspen’s Organics are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

90-Day Return Timeline:

For In-Store Purchases:

  • Products must be physically returned to one of our store locations within 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • The original receipt must accompany all returns.

For Online Purchases:

  • A return request must be submitted through our online return form within 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • You must provide a valid tracking number showing that the item was shipped back within 7 business days of your return request approval.

  • Products must be received by our returns department within 14 business days of your return request approval.

For All Returns:

  • The 90-day period begins on the date of purchase shown on your receipt.

  • Returns received or requested after the 90-day period will be handled according to our "Returns After 90 days" policy.

Returns After 90 days or 3 Months:

Please reach out to our customer service with the product issue and you may be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

We guarantee the quality of Taspen's Organics products for up until 2 years from the "Made On Date" listed on the bottom of the product on the lot label. After the two years the product is not eligible for exchange or credit. 

This return policy applies to Taspen's Organic's & Dragonfly Botanicals handcrafted products only.  All other products sold by Taspen's Organics, not crafted by Taspen's Organics, may not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Free Products and Gift Items:

Gift item promotions are one per order or one per address unless otherwise specified. These are not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you received a free product as part of a promotion with purchase then the total discount of the purchase is applied to each item. If you return the product you purchased to receive a free item, you must return said free item for full refund of purchased product. If you wish to keep the free item and are not satisfied with the item you paid for, we will prorate your refund to reflect the purchase of your 'free' item.

If you received a free item on one or more items due to a promotion (Ex: Buy One Get One Free of equal or lesser value) then the total percentage discount will be applied to each individual item to determine the refund value for each item. 


Refund Methods and Processing Times

  • In-Store Returns: Refunds processed to the original payment method immediately if purchased at that location or 3-5 business days if returning from a different location or online. 

  • Online/Mail-in Returns: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Credit Card Refunds: May take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Exchange Options:

    • Direct exchange for the same item or an item of equal value.

    • Upgrade exchange: Pay the price difference.

    • Downgrade exchange: Receive store credit for the price difference.

    • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method where possible. Cash or gift card purchases receive store credit.

 Special Circumstances

  • Damaged Products or Wrong Items: Send a photo of the product for an exchange.

  • Lost Mail: If your package appears to be lost, please take the following steps:

    • Contact your local post office first to inquire about the package's status.

    • Then, contact Taspen's Organics customer service at info@taspens.com or 303-816-0429x1 within 30 days of the shipment date to report the issue.

    • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

    • If the investigation confirms the package is lost, we will replace the lost item at no additional cost to you.

Excessive Returns Policy:

  • Taspen's Organics reserves the right to refuse future returns from customers who exhibit patterns of excessive returning.

  • This includes patterns such as repeatedly returning used products and then repurchasing the same items after receiving refunds.

  • If we identify that our return policy is being exploited, we will notify you that you are no longer eligible for returns or refunds on future purchases.

  • This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our generous return policy for all customers.

  • Q: What if I don't have my receipt? A: We need proof of purchase. We may be able to look up your transaction if you used a credit card or are in our customer database. 

  • Q: Can I return a gift? A: Yes, for an even exchange only. 

  • Q: What if my return is slightly after the 90-day window? A: You may receive store credit or an exchange.
